Allroad: tubes like you’ve never imagined

You are not limited to just round, square or rectangular. Special shaped tubes or open sections can be programmed and cut without problems.

The use of non-standard shaped tubes (i.e. not round, square or rectangular) has expanded greatly over the years. You can process special sections and even open shapes without any special equipment. Thetube loading and handling capabilities combined with the design freedoms of the BLMelements software suite peerless provide unmatched capabilities.

Safe, automatic production change over- no waste of time

The machine manages changeovers (on standard or special shaped tubes) automatically: loading, handling and unloading are automatically adjusted from one job to the next according to changes of bar shape and size. This automatic adjustment prevents the risk of collitions or production interruptions that can occur from oversights or incorrect adjustments caused by inexperience.

The bundle loader of LT22D / LT FIBER machines does not require any manual adjustments to switch from one tube shape to another.

This makes the entire changeover process more convenient: there is no downtime during a change of production. You can use this productivity advantage to reduce your part cost.

The right grip for every tube

A secure grip is essential for proper tube handling.

With the anti-crush feature of LT722D and LT FIBER you can handle tubes of any weight, without deforming the thinnest walls.

Depending on the requirements the chuck manages both the closing force and position of the jaws so that grip is always suited to the high dynamic loads of the machine.

Finished parts are already sorted

Programmable unloading to various position means you do not need to manually separate parts from different batches or different orders. You can remove finished parts from one side of the machine while production continues on the other. Easily segregate prototypes from the main production.

Cutting with LT722D / LT FIBER: no experience needed

The correct set up parameters, i.e. determining the best laser settings for the material type and thickness, is integrated in the machine control. There is a complete database of cutting parameters for all materials and thicknesses which provides the ability to adapt the laser parameters for the instantaneous speed conditions and cutting path.

Part quality, inside and out

An internal suction probe or ‘spoon’ can be inserted into the I.D. of round tubes to keep the inner surface of the tube clean when cutting. The ‘spoon’, which automatically adjusts to the tube diameter, catches dross and cutting debris and vacuums out particles that can adhere to the inside of the tube to produce a clean dross free internal finish.

Dynamic nesting: saving of time and material

Do you need to optimize material utilization? The machine will do this automatically setting the sequence of parts to be cut to minimise end of bar scrap. A valuable function which becomes even more convenient when combined with the ability of unloading parts to different locations. This provides a considerable time savings and makes it easier to collect parts that are discharged in a tidy fashion.

Artube: from the drawing to the part in one click

Drawing a part or an entire frame and transforming it into a machine program takes only a few seconds. You can import 3D models of parts drawn in other CAD programs and send everything needed to start production to the machine on the fly.
