BLM MT5 - Off-line 3D tube inspection

MT5 is a 3D measuring and inspecting system for single or assembled bet tubes. It is available with Renishaw touch or non touch laser probe.

It can be used either for machine programming of tube parameters prior to operation or for controlling the bending of tubes during the production cycle.

Main features:

• Automatic setup of tube inspection procedure including editing procedure of holes, flanges, or other fittings.
• 3D graphic representation of the measured tube with printout capability
• Side by side graphic representation of both the tube sample and the executed tube
• Automatic overlapping (Electronic Jig) of the measured tube with the theoretical Jig highlighting the differences.
